1.1. In compliance with the requirements provided in Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICEaccording to its Spanish initials), the website manager makes this document available to the website users to inform them of its terms and conditions of use.

1.2. Any person accessing this website, using its services or providing his/her personal data assumes the role of user, and undertakes to observe and comply strictly with the provisions herein, and with any other legal provision that might apply.

1.3. This Legal Notice shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall apply until a new version is published.

1.4. The provider reserves the right to modify any kind of information that may appear on the website, and is not obliged to notify in advance or inform the users of these modifications, with publication on the provider’s website being understood to be sufficient.

1.5. It is therefore recommended that the user read the Legal Notice carefully each time he/she accesses the web site.

1.6. The provider reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the website and/or to its services to any user who does not comply with the terms and conditions of the present Legal Notice, without him/her having the right to any compensation.

2. User obligations

2.1. To contract the services offered on this website, personal data is requested from the user. The purpose of that request is to execute this contract and the contracted service under proper conditions. In this regard the user agrees that the data requested and declared are true, complete and accurate, and also agrees to notify the provider, any change affecting them as soon as possible to avoid problems that may arise if the data available to the provider were incorrect or outdated.

3.1. The provider:

h) This website has been checked and verified to ensure it functions properly. In principle, its correct functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the provider does not rule out the possibility of the existence of certain programming errors that may temporarily stop the service until repaired, or the occurrence of causes of force majeure, acts of God, hacker or cracker attacks, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible

5. Intellectual and industrial property rights

5.1. The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its functioning, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the provider or if applicable the latter has the licence or specific authorisation of the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property laws, and inscribed in the corresponding public registries.

5.2. Regardless of the purpose for which it is intended, any total or partial reproduction, usage, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation requires prior written authorisation by the provider, in all cases. Any usage not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious infringement of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

5.3. Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics that may appear on the website which do not belong to the provider belong to their respective owners, and they themselves are responsible for any possible controversy that may arise with regard to them. In any case, the provider holds the specific prior authorisation of said owners.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

7.1. Spanish law will be the law applicable in the event of any dispute or conflict in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as with any issue relating to the services of this Portal.

7.2. The resolution of any disputes or questions related to this website or the services provided in it shall be the competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, and the parties specifically submit themselves to their jurisdiction. Should the user be considered a consumer, the competent Courts and Tribunals will be those closest to the user’s home address or whatever may be stipulated by the applicable legislation on consumer protection.
